    • Contact info you submit — name, email, company, website, monthly traffic, and your message — when you request an audit or contact us.
    • Account data — email and (hashed) password if you create an account in our admin tools.
    • Audit input data — files you upload (GSC exports, Semrush, Screaming Frog) and URLs you provide for analysis.
    • Usage data — standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and analytics.

    3. How we use it

    • To respond to your inquiry and deliver the audit you requested.
    • To operate, secure, and improve the service.
    • To send you transactional messages tied to work you have engaged us for.

    We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your uploaded audit data to train external AI models.

    4. AI processing

    Audit reports are generated using third-party AI providers (e.g., Google Gemini via the Lovable AI Gateway). Inputs are processed under those providers' enterprise terms and are not used for model training where the provider offers that guarantee.

    5. Sharing

    We share data only with infrastructure providers we use to run the service: hosting, database, file storage, email delivery, and AI inference. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

    6. Retention

    Lead and contact records are retained while your engagement is active and for up to 24 months afterward. Uploaded audit files are retained for the duration of the engagement and deleted on request.

    7. Your rights

    You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data at any time by emailing us via the contact page. We respond within 30 days.

    8. Cookies

    We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this marketing site.

    9. Security

    Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with role-based access controls. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users of any material breach within 72 hours of confirmation.

    10. Changes

    We will post material changes here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
